Socks 101 - February 2026



Perfect your sock-knitting skills in this hands-on class designed to take the mystery out of turning a heel and shaping a comfortable fit. We’ll cover sock construction from cuff to toe, including heels, gussets, and finishing techniques, with tips for achieving the right size and great stitch definition.

Ideal for confident beginners and adventurous adult (18+) knitters ready to tackle their first (or better-fitting) pair of socks. Leave with new skills, clear instructions, and the confidence to knit socks again and again.





Skill Level: Beginner
Skill Details: This class is suitable for the confident beginner adult (18+) knitter. Experience with the knit and purl stitches, knitting in the round, and casting on are required skills.
Materials Included: A sock pattern will be provided
Requirements: -100 g of sock yarn (perferably one with a mix of nylon) -US 2 needles -scissors -tape measure -tapestry needle -stitch markers
