A Series of Mitts

Any successfully completed knitting project requires a nicely balanced fusion of pattern, yarn choice,gauge and technical execution.  This class, suitable for any knitter from adventurous beginner to seasoned crafters, will use the "Swatch Mitts" pattern from Karen Templar's Seasonless to make four different mitts in order to explore how choices affect outcomes.  Along the way, there will be opportunities to learn and try different cast ons and bind offs, to read knitting charts, and to practice seaming.
